Deletion of your Data

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), and where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, collected through our AI-driven recruitment services (azure.msg.community, hirry.co, and WhatsApp Business).

What to include and what happens next

Identify yourself — include the phone number, WhatsApp number, or email associated with your interaction with us. For Customer accounts, include the company name and the account holder's name.

We verify — we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing your request.

We process — your request is handled within a maximum of 30 days from verification.

We confirm — once completed, we email a confirmation to the address you provide.
Who can request deletion
- Candidates — individuals contacted by our agents or who interacted with our platform.
- Customers and their representatives — employer accounts (subject to legal record-keeping obligations, see exceptions below).
Data covered
Deletion will cover:
- Your contact details (name, phone, WhatsApp, email);
- Resume content and any other documents you submitted (for Candidates);
- Job descriptions and hiring criteria you submitted (for Customers, subject to dispute-management retention);
- The history of your conversations with our agents (WhatsApp, website chat, voice call recordings and transcripts);
- AI-generated content derived from your inputs.
Exceptions: Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law or for the protection of legal rights, in particular:
- Records required for accounting and tax obligations under Singapore law (typically 5 years);
- Records required for anti-money-laundering or counter-terrorism-financing obligations, where applicable;
- Data necessary for the management of an active dispute or legal claim;
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you, which may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
Automatic deletion
In the absence of a request from you, your data is automatically deleted in line with the retention schedule set out in our Privacy Policy — in summary:
- Candidate data: 1 year from your last interaction.
- Message and call recordings: 12 months from the interaction.
- Customer account data: kept while the account is active; 6 years after termination for accounting and dispute purposes.
