Deletion of your Data

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), and where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, collected through our AI-driven recruitment services (azure.msg.community, hirry.co, and WhatsApp Business).

What to include and what happens next

  1. Identify yourself — include the phone number, WhatsApp number, or email associated with your interaction with us. For Customer accounts, include the company name and the account holder's name.
  2. We verify — we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing your request.
  3. We process — your request is handled within a maximum of 30 days from verification.
  4. We confirm — once completed, we email a confirmation to the address you provide.
