These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hirry service and the Hirry AI agent, both operated by AZURE FLOWSTATE PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202615248W), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore, with registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("Azure Flowstate", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, saving a payment method, or otherwise using the Hirry service or the Hirry AI agent, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The services

The Hirry service helps small and medium-sized employers (the "Customer") fill open positions. Azure Flowstate sources, pre-qualifies, and delivers candidates matched to criteria the Customer defines on the platform. The service combines AI-assisted refinement of the Customer's job description with autonomous voice and WhatsApp agents operated by Azure Flowstate that contact and pre-qualify candidates. Resumes and interview information are delivered to the Customer's WhatsApp.

The Hirry AI agent is an optional agentic AI service described in Section 4.

Neither service is a regulated recruitment agency service, an employer-of-record service, or a job board. Azure Flowstate does not employ, represent, or warrant any candidate it delivers. The decision to interview, hire, or reject any candidate is solely the Customer's.

The Hirry service and the Hirry AI agent are currently offered exclusively in Europe. Other geographies may be added over time; the Terms applicable at the date of a Customer's subscription will continue to apply to that Customer until modified in accordance with Section 14.

2. Eligibility

To use the Hirry service or the Hirry AI agent, the Customer must:

The Hirry service is sold as a one-off fee per subscription. The amount is the equivalent of one (1) monthly instalment of the Hirry AI agent (Section 4), in the currency of the country of registration of the Customer's company:

The Hirry service also includes a delivery guarantee. The specific commitment that applies to a Customer's subscription is the variant assigned to that Customer's account at sign-up and shown in the platform dashboard:

For the guarantee to apply:

  1. The Customer must have completed its search configuration on the platform within 24 hours of saving its card;
  2. The criteria the Customer sets must be lawful, non-discriminatory, and realistic for the local labour market;
  3. "Pre-qualified candidate" means a person who has been contacted by Azure Flowstate Private Limited, has confirmed availability, and matches the criteria the Customer defined. Candidates who do not match the Customer's stated criteria do not count toward the guarantee;
  4. "Interview held" means a scheduled meeting (in person, by phone, or by video) that actually took place between the Customer and the candidate;
  5. "Hire" means an employment offer extended by the Customer and accepted by the candidate.

If the guarantee triggers in the Customer's favour, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 30 days of the Customer's written request.

4. Pricing of the Hirry AI agent

The Hirry AI agent is an optional agentic AI service that sources candidates on the Customer's behalf whether the Customer's position has been filled or not. This proactivity is a proven option to keep the position staffed with few interruptions.

The Hirry AI agent is sold for a fixed 36-month term at a price depending on the currency of the country of registration of the Customer's company:

The 36-month total may be settled in one of three instalment schedules, at the Customer's choice at sign-up. All three schedules cover the same 36-month term at different cadences:

Taxes. All prices set out in Sections 3 and 4 are quoted exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and any other applicable indirect tax. Where the Customer is established in the European Union and provides, at the time of order, a VAT identification number that can be verified on the European Commission's VAT Information Exchange System (VIES), no VAT will be added and the supply will be treated as a B2B reverse-charge transaction for which the Customer is responsible for self-accounting in its country of establishment. Where the Customer does not provide a valid VIES-verifiable VAT identification number, or where the VIES check fails, applicable VAT or GST will be added to the prices at the rate prevailing in the relevant jurisdiction at the time of invoice.

Each agentic AI seat is valid for one (1) concurrent job at a time.

Additional agentic AI seats beyond the initial subscription are charged at the same rate and billing cycle as the Customer's existing Hirry AI subscription.

The Hirry AI agent is a recurring subscription committed for the full 36-month term. If any instalment remains unpaid past its due date, the entire remaining price of the 36-month term becomes immediately due and collectible.

5. Payment authorisation

The Customer warrants and authorises Azure Flowstate to charge any valid payment method the Customer has on file with Azure Flowstate — including any credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument — for any amount owed under these Terms in connection with the Hirry service, the Hirry AI agent, or any other service operated by Azure Flowstate, regardless of the service in connection with which that payment method was originally registered.

Without limitation, where a designated payment method is declined, lapses, or is otherwise unable to settle an amount due, Azure Flowstate may, without further notice to the Customer, attempt to charge any other valid payment method the Customer has on file, until the amount due is settled in full. The Customer represents that it is authorised to grant this consent in respect of each payment method placed on file.

The Customer may revoke this authorisation in respect of a specific payment method by removing that payment method from its account; revocation does not extinguish any amount already due and payable to Azure Flowstate, which remains collectible by any lawful means.

6. AI and automated processing

The Customer acknowledges that the Hirry service and the Hirry AI agent rely substantially on artificial intelligence and large language models. Azure Flowstate's AI agents may generate or transform text (job descriptions, candidate briefs, conversation utterances), make ranking or shortlisting suggestions, and conduct conversations autonomously.

AI output is suggestive, not authoritative. AI-driven shortlists and ratings are decision-support; final hiring decisions are made by the Customer.

7. Acceptable use

The Customer agrees not to use the Hirry service or the Hirry AI agent to:

Azure Flowstate may suspend or terminate a Customer's account immediately, without refund, for breach of this section.

8. Communications, voice, and WhatsApp

As part of the services, Azure Flowstate's agents (which may be human, automated, or both) may contact the Customer by phone or by WhatsApp Business, and may contact candidates the same way. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes acceptance of being contacted via these channels for service-related purposes.

Calls may be recorded for quality and audit purposes, in accordance with applicable law. The Customer may request a copy of any recording involving the Customer by writing to the address in Section 16.

9. Personal data

Azure Flowstate processes personal data of the Customer's representative and of candidates. The processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. For candidates sourced in the European Economic Area, processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR; the Singapore-level baseline is the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, content, brand, scripts, prompts, and templates are the exclusive property of Azure Flowstate or its licensors. The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the purpose of sourcing candidates for its own positions, for the duration of its subscription.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azure Flowstate disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Azure Flowstate does not warrant that any candidate delivered will be hired, will perform satisfactorily, or will remain employed. The delivery guarantee in Section 3 is the sole and exclusive remedy for non-delivery of the Hirry service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azure Flowstate's aggregate liability to the Customer for all claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by the Customer to Azure Flowstate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 500.

In no event shall Azure Flowstate be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply from the Customer's acceptance until terminated by either party. The Customer may terminate the Hirry service at any time by cancelling its subscription from the dashboard. The Hirry AI agent is sold for a fixed 36-month term and is non-cancellable for convenience during that term, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. Azure Flowstate may terminate immediately for breach, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or if continued provision becomes legally or operationally impracticable.

14. Changes

Azure Flowstate may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect, except where changes are required by law to take effect immediately. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law, arbitration, and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, and the relationship between the parties — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC ("SIAC Rules") in force at the time of the commencement of the arbitration, which rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this section.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for interim or emergency relief, including injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information, pending the constitution of the arbitral tribunal.

This arbitration provision is without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections the Customer may benefit from under the laws of its country of registration.
